Mission Statement

The primary goal of the New Town High School Research Center is to provide students with the support necessary to become effective inquirers. The Research Center is a welcoming, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment where student tutors are passionate about helping others. We understand that research is an essential tool for success on assignments in all content areas, including MYP, CP, and DP course projects. With a mindset focused on growth and praise, our tutors will meet you at any stage of the research process and help strengthen your research skills through one-on-one, small group, or classroom assistance sessions.

Request A Peer Tutor

Students may request individual appointments to receive assistance from peer tutors with any school-related research assignments. To request an appointment, please complete the NTHS Peer Tutoring Request Form.
